    • Preferably able to troubleshoot interconnections between different OS and platforms (Windows to Linux and vice-versa)
    • Preferably able to create, maintain and modify network shared resources (folders, printers, scanners, etc.)
    • Preferred, but not required, working knowledge with ITIL v3
    • Preferably with working knowledge on Ubuntu, Windows and Android OS
    • With pleasing personality
    • Preferably single and is willing to travel
    • Preferably with 2 years working experience in the same field

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Take incoming requests for help from end users through calls, e-mails and work order.
  • Make initiatives and ownership of reported end-user problems and use diagnostic, tools to identify root problems.
  • Provide hardware and application support, including but not limited to desktops, laptops, tablets, workstation devices, mobile devices, printers, and software.
  • Execute hands-on fixes for desktops and laptops that include software installations and upgrades and perform testing of new computers according to established guidelines.
  • Configure routing and switching equipment, hosted IP voice services and firewalls.
  • Maintain network and telephony performance by monitoring, troubleshooting network problems and outages and resolving problem in a timely manner.
  • Undertake data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments using information from multiple sources.
  • Coordinate with concerned departments to buy replacement hardware and software as needed.
  • Enforce IPSec policies at all times
  • Maintain hardware/software inventory used in the office, including logistics
  • Attend duties as plotted or scheduled, including weekends or holidays.
  • Maintain and manage petty cash disbursement for use with emergency purchases of spare parts and item replacements
  • Provide support for company participated in exhibits and events, manning, standby, training and orientation
  • Preparation of needed hardware/software setup for events
  • Attend organizer meetings and simulation setups
  • Maintain hardware/software inventory used on events, including logistics
  • Preparation of progress and activity status reports
  • To answer mobile phone calls 24/7
